  • I design on Squarespace, Rocketspark, and Wix. All three are intuitive, mobile-friendly, and easy for you to manage post-launch. If you're not sure which is best for you, I’ll guide you through the pros and cons based on your needs, goals, content, and workflow.

  • Absolutely. I set everything up so it’s simple to use after launch, no matter your comfort level with tech. You’ll get a tutorial and 14-30 days of post-launch support, depending on the pathway you choose, so you feel confident making edits and updates.

  • Yes. You can add branding, image curation, and strategic copywriting to any pathway if it’s not already included, and you want everything taken care of in one place.

  • Yes, I can set up your hosting, connect your domain, and integrate email marketing tools (like Flodesk, Mailchimp, or ConvertKit) so everything is ready to go when we launch.

  • That’s completely fine. I’ll guide you through a content-prep process with checklists, examples, and feedback along the way. Only Flight Essentials works from the basis that you have your content ready to go.

    Please note, however, that it is much more difficult to build a site efficiently without all the content ready, so this will extend overall build time and possibly the cost.

  • Yes. I can integrate an online shop, booking systems, or other functionality on Squarespace, Rocketspark, or Wix. Depending on the most appropriate pathway for your build, these integrations might incur an extra cost. This is something we will discuss during a free discovery call.

  • Yes, every site is built with SEO best practices in mind, including mobile optimisation, keyword structure, and metadata setup. I’ll also give you tips for maintaining and improving SEO after launch.

  • Absolutely. I work with clients all over the world. With Zoom, shared docs, an online portal and clear timelines, the process feels personal and seamless - no matter your time zone.

  • Yes, every project includes a minimum 14 days of post-launch support. For longer-term help, I offer support retainers or one-off power sessions.

  • Yes! All packages come with flexible payment plans to make the process manageable. We’ll discuss options during your discovery and proposal phase.

  • It begins with a free discovery call. We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s not, what you need and what you’d love to see through the design process. Then I’ll send you a custom proposal and timeline.

Hatch
- One-page website

  • Hatch is perfect if you’re starting out and want a beautiful, strategic online presence without the overwhelm of a full build.

  • A fully custom one-page website (Squarespace, Rocketspark, or Wix), a mini-strategy session, mobile optimisation, and launch support, covering all the essentials like intro, services, testimonials, and contact.

  • Usually 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback are shared.

  • Yes. Many clients start with Hatch and move into Flight when they’re ready to grow. I design with scalability in mind so the transition is smooth. I will provide a discount if you come back for a fuller build later.

Flight
- Full Custom Website

  • If you’re ready for a multi-page website with a clear flow, elevated design, and thoughtful strategy, Flight is for you. It’s ideal for established businesses or those wanting to make a strong first impression.

  • A custom 3+ page website on Squarespace or Rocketspark. There are two flight pathways depending on your requirements - Flight Essentials and Flight Immersion, each providing a different level of design and integrations for multi-page sites. However both include mobile optimisation, SEO best practices, and post-launch support.

  • Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on content readiness, feedback and complexity of requirements.

  • Yes. I’ll work with your existing assets and ensure your site feels cohesive and intentional.

  • No problem. Flight sites are designed to grow with you. Whether it’s extra pages, an online shop, or a booking system, you can add them as part of a future phase.

Featherlight Refresh
- Strategic Website Update

  • It’s a redesign for existing Squarespace or Rocketspark sites. I’ll audit your current site, update layouts, refine visuals, tidy up copy, and bring everything into alignment.

  • Usually 1–2 weeks, depending on the scope of updates and size of the site and number of pages.

  • Absolutely. We can build that into your refresh plan.

  • Yes. If you’d like a review 6–12 months after launch, I offer standalone website audits to ensure your site is still performing and looking its best.

Final Details

  • I’ll guide you through a simple prep process, but it’s helpful to have:

    • Your logo and brand visuals (if you have them)

    • Website copy or rough ideas

    • A few inspiration sites you like

    • Fill out the inquiry form

    • Book a free discovery call

    • Receive your custom proposal with pathway details, timeline, and payment plan

    •  Approve & onboard - we begin!

  • Yes, absolutely! Head to my Portfolio page to browse recent projects.

  • I don’t offer refunds once a project has begun, but I make sure we’re a great fit before we start so you feel confident moving forward. If timelines need to shift, we’ll reschedule within my next available window. Cancellations of a project before they start require a week’s notice so that the slot can be offered to another client.
