Absolutely. I set everything up so it's simple to use after launch, no matter your comfort level with tech. You'll get a tutorial and 14–30 days of post-launch support, depending on the pathway you choose, so you feel confident making edits and updates.

Do you offer branding and copywriting too?

Yes. You can add branding, image curation, and strategic copywriting to any pathway if it's not already included, and you want everything taken care of in one place.

Do you handle hosting, domain setup, or email integration?

Yes, I can set up your hosting, connect your domain, and integrate email marketing tools (like Flodesk, Mailchimp, or ConvertKit) so everything is ready to go when we launch.

What if I don't have all my content ready yet?

That's completely fine. I'll guide you through a content-prep process with checklists, examples, and feedback along the way. Only Flight Essentials works from the basis that you have your content ready to go. Please note that it is much more difficult to build a site efficiently without all the content ready, so this will extend overall build time and possibly the cost.

Do you offer e-commerce or booking system setup?

Yes. I can integrate an online shop, booking systems, or other functionality on Squarespace, Rocketspark, or Wix. Depending on the most appropriate pathway for your build, these integrations might incur an extra cost, which we'll discuss during a free discovery call.

Yes, every site is built with SEO best practices in mind, including mobile optimisation, keyword structure, and metadata setup. I'll also give you tips for maintaining and improving SEO after launch.

What's your refund or cancellation policy?

I don't offer refunds once a project has begun, but I make sure we're a great fit before we start so you feel confident moving forward. If timelines need to shift, we'll reschedule within my next available window. Cancellations before a project starts require a week's notice so that the slot can be offered to another client.
