Yes. You can move up or down between tiers at the start of any new month, after your 3-month minimum period.

Updates don't roll over - they reset at the start of each month. If you're consistently not using them, it might be worth reviewing whether a lower tier is a better fit.

Yes, as long as it's a Squarespace or Rocketspark website. I'll take some time to familiarise myself with your site before your plan begins, so I can look after it properly.

Anything beyond your maintenance scope is quoted as a separate small project. Active maintenance clients receive 10% off all additional work, and you'll always get a clear quote before anything begins.

Plans can be paused once per 12-month period for up to one month, after the initial 3-month commitment. Just let me know at least 2 weeks in advance.

After your 3-month minimum, plans run month to month. Just give one month's written notice and we'll wrap things up cleanly.
